France and Germany can't figure out what to do to help Iraq without holding a 'multi-lateral' commission to discuss what type of coffee and tea to drink before discussing what color the room should be, in which they will decide who will attend a meeting to begin discussions about what the ice sculpture will be at the conference to discuss rebuilding Iraq. In the meantime, tiny Singapore has already made an offer.

Singapore has offered to send a medical team, policemen and technicians to help the US-led coalition in Iraq, according to a report reaching here from Washington Wednesday. The offer is contained in a joint statement made by Singapore and the United States after a meeting between US President Bush and Singapore Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong who is in Washington on a five-day official visit.
