It's all Israel's fault. And oh by the way..."Iraq will not be defeated" in the war, Ambassador Mohsen Khalil told a news conference in Egypt. "Iraq has now already achieved victory - apart from some technicalities."

I think he's angling for Sahhaf's job.

Khalil also rejected Western media suggestions that a double of Saddam was filmed meeting people on a Baghdad street Friday.

"There is not one double for Saddam Hussein and there never was one," he said.
