The celebrations aren't only in Baghdad.

An Iraqi refugee who runs a convenience store in Manchester says watching a statue of Saddam Hussein topple on television Wednesday morning was the happiest moment of his life.

Salah Flaih, 49, said he was jumping up and down. A co-worker jumped onto the counter and shouted with joy.
