"If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest for freedom, go home and leave us in peace. We seek not your council nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams

According to the latest news I heard there are three nations that will keep their embassies in Iraq open. Russia, Cuba and a third (China or Syria?). I am also sure the Palestinian Authority will not close its consulate either. So, what happens if a few days into the war after Saddam and his cronies have committed horrific war crimes (above and beyond the ones they've also committed) Saddam and or his sons runs into one of these Consulates and asks for refuge?
