This is becoming farce. El Baradei says that Iraq is still not cooperating but he hopes that they will sometime in the next few weeks. What, is Saddam just looking for the right moment to start cooperating unconditionally and fully?

"We are not getting comprehensive and full cooperation from Iraq, but we hope we will get it in the next few weeks," ElBaradei told a news conference in Tehran."We also would like to see active cooperation in freely interviewing Iraqi scientists," he said at the end of a 48-hour visit to Iran. "We still believe that war is not inevitable," he added.
