"If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest for freedom, go home and leave us in peace. We seek not your council nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams

CNN Bias Flipping through channels yesterday afternoon, I noticed a little graphic on CNN. Running across the bottom was this little nugget. (paraphrase) "Only 50% of viewers rated Bush's State of the Union speech as very good." All of the snap polls I saw were significantly higher than that. What's going on here? Then it struck me. The key word there is 'very' they dropped the somewhat good category which was another 34%. So a total of 84% saw it as favorable but CNN only wanted to tell us about the 50% who really liked it. No bias to see here. Move along.
