Oaky. a girl here in Massachussetts cannot read from a book she brought in about Christmas because it mentions Jesus yet this student draws a graphic picture of himself shooting a cop who busted him for pot is not anything to get excited about. Can someone explain the logic....oh wait, one involves Christianity and the other involves crime.....of course there is no need for logic.

Would the judge have said the same thing if it had been a drawing of someone shooting an imagined Muslim?
