Comrade Bob, giving a statement from Havana, says that Africa must refuse international aid if it it tied to reform.

President Mugabe said the West was least qualified to lecture Africa on human rights, democracy and good governance because it denied Africans their rights under colonialism.

"We want free money but don't try to oversee the proper use of it." Fine, I say we wish them well and go on our way. If they don't want our money and they don't want to reform, the so be it. Why force our money and freedoms on them. As long as, unlike Iraq, they don't pose a threat to us.
