Thought Police moving into the realm of speech in NY. If the bill does become law, verbal abuse, throwing of equipment, arguments between fans, cheering against opponents and use of swear words would be banned. Instead, the bill would require "the emotional and physical well-being of the team" to be coaches' primary concern, equal applause for both teams and good sportsmanship.
