Malaysia's PM said he would not oppose ousting Saddam, as long as civilians are not made to bear the brunt of the attack. "If you can overthrow Saddam, by all means do it. Just don't make the Iraqi people pay for it,"

It was not a 100% backing of action but it shows that even among Muslims Saddam is recognized as a threat and danger to his own people as well as the world.
